About me
Hey there!
My name is Laci. Creator and owner of LJA Photography & Design. I am a self taught photographer located in New Virginia, Iowa, offering a wide array of photography, including family, senior graduate, newborn, maternity, boudoir, and wedding portraits.
Fun facts about me! I am also a registered nurse. My world includes my husband Marshall, my son JJ, my 3 dogs Olly, Ellie, and Gunny, and 2 horses, Mickey and Maverick.
My passion for photography started when I was in middle school. I started an Instagram page, specifically for photos I would take of me and my horses, sunsets, and anything else I found cool at the time. Although, I look back at those photos and cringe, my passion for photography stayed with me through high school, nursing school, marriage, moving, and through today. Don't worry, my photos aren't nearly as cheesy as they were in middle school.
